Well twitter my oatmeal, if it ain't 2010!!! Let the centennial celebration of the 1910 Fruit Gum Company start...

Just so you know - I will be hosting a jazz jam on Monday nights in February. Cmon down, bring your trumpet, sax, bone, guitar or whatever. Hope to see you there, between 8pm - 11pm, at Pianos Bar and Grill, 36 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ. Best of all - it's FREE.

Another venture I'd like to tell you about is the New Jersey Jazz Network. You can find out where you're friends are playing, or you can post your own gigs to the group. Let's face it - most of the people that come to your gigs are going to be musicians. This group will help you get the word out about your gigs.

You can come and visit and sign up at NJJN. If you don't want to join up with Yahoo, you can send an email to subscribe to NJJN@optimum.net

You're listening to the Lifeline Project I did a few years back.

The groovy MP3 player on the left side of the screen has a playlist of tunes that you can select to hear. These include tunes from the project.

You can now download selected tunes to your PC or iPod. Just click on the Music page.

And I've been dabbling in some computer geek music as well. If you haven't seen Musical Life yet - check it out. I've added a musical interface to the classic John Conway's Game of Life. You can install Life as your screensaver (to really annoy your office neighbors, leave the sound on when you go to lunch). So if you have Windows, NET 2.0 and a sound card, you can turn your PC into a lean mean green celluar automation machine.
